ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: We are represented locally by one of the most experienced and highly rated vacation firms on the beach. They are staffed 24/7s to give you near immediate access to support, problem solutions and customized-for-you local advice/information. You simply pay for the departure cleaning/damage inspection while picking up the Villa keys, map and systems operating instructions from them as you go into the Tidewater Community (just 1 block off your route). They will have prepared the Villa for your stay with a set of starter expendables, clean towels and bed linens -- if there are any problems just "call the desk" (no room service, however). You may lock up and leave the keys in the Villa when you depart, or return them to this nearby by office - they love your feedback, too. Your damage deposit will be sent to you within two weeks. It just can’t run any smoother than that to maximize your resort/relaxation time.
