Tidewater Villa Reservation Information

If you make reservations with the management company directly, tell them we (the owners) sent you. They are able to take your
reservations, but will likely charge you more unless they have been informed that we sent you. They have to honor any quotes we make to you.


$90 Departure Cleaning Required (includes linens, towels and your starter supplies for the kitchen, baths, laundry and dishwasher).


$150 with a Billable Credit Card on file for Damage Deposit are Required -- returned within two weeks of departure cleaning & inspection, if not used.


NOTE: SC also charges a 13% sales tax on rents (not cleaning or deposit, however). We must collect that.


HOA Rules: Sorry, no pets, trailers or motorcycles are allowed on this property by order of the Tidewater HOA.


ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: We are represented locally by one of the most experienced and highly rated vacation firms on the beach. They are staffed 24/7s to give you near immediate access to support, problem solutions and customized-for-you local advice/information. You simply pay for the departure cleaning/damage inspection while picking up the Villa keys, map and systems operating instructions from them as you go into the Tidewater Community (just a few blocks off your route). They will have prepared the Villa for your stay with a set of starter expendables, clean towels and bed linens -- if there are any problems just "call the desk" (no room service available).

You may lock up and leave the keys in the Villa when you depart, or return them to this nearby by office - they love your feedback, too. Your damage deposit will be sent to you within two weeks.

It just can't run any smoother than that to maximize your resort/relaxation time.
